多发性硬化20例的护理与康复治疗体会 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨多发性硬化(MS)患者的护理与康复治疗方法,以减轻患者痛苦,保障治疗效果,最大限度地避免疾病复发。方法对20例MS患者实施整体护理,对患者出现的功能障碍给予积极康复治疗,将一般护理、心理护理、健康教育与康复治疗相结合。结果系统性整体护理下MS患者的生活质量和独立能力大大提高,复发间隔时间明显延长,除1例患者死亡外,其余患者在住院期间均取得满意的治疗效果。结论系统全面的有效护理与康复治疗可以帮助患者减轻疾病所致的痛苦和增强康复效果,提高患者生存质量。
