摘要
K值是衡量建筑经济性的重要指标,整体化教学楼群的K值普遍偏低,需要进行优化研究。通过分析影响整体化教学楼群K值的因素,建立理论模型,对四类单元模式的K值进行量化分析,并提出了整体化教学楼群的K值优化策略及适宜范围。
The K value is an important economic quota of architecture. For the K value of the holistic teaching building group is low, so it is need to optimize. By analyzing the factors which influence the K value, the paper set up theory model, and analyze the K value of the four cell model,then put up with optimize strategy and proper range of the K value of the holistic teaching building group.
