摘要
K值是衡量建筑经济性的重要指标,整体化教学楼群的K值普遍偏低,需要进行优化研究.通过分析影响整体化教学楼群K值的因素,建立理论模型,对四类单元模式的K值进行量化分析,并提出了整体化教学楼群的K值优化策略及适宜范围.
The K value is an important economic quota of architecture.For the K value of the holistic classroom building group.is low so it needs to optimize.By analyzing the factors which influence the K value,the paper sets up the theory model,and analyzes the K value of the four cell models.It also comes up with optimal strategy and proper range of the K value of the holistic classroom building group.
