心衰患者出院前血浆BNP水平对再入院率的预测价值 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨心力衰竭患者出院时B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平对其再次入院率的预测价值。方法:按照出院前血浆BNP水平<600 pg/mL(1组)、≥600 pg/mL(2组)分为两组。两组患者在入院时及出院前抽肘静脉血,用酶免法测定BNP。观察患者出院后的3个月内再住院次数。结果:出院后半年内,1组与2组再入院率分别为10.0%与87.1%(P<0.01);前次出院时血浆BNP水平与再次入院次数间呈显著线性正相关(r=0.890,P<0.01);前次出院时血浆BNP均值在再次入院不同次数(0、1、2、3次)间差异均有显著性(均P<0.01)。结论:心力衰竭患者出院前血浆BNP水平对其再次入院率有重要临床预测价值。
