摘要 目的通过冠脉造影结果,评估aVF导联低电压对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)多支血管病变的临床预测价值。方法回顾性分析172例急性冠脉综合征患者的临床资料,分析aVF导联低电压与冠脉造影结果。结果 aVF导联低电压在冠脉多支病变中所占比例较高,敏感性为66.3%,特异性为60%。结论 aVF导联低电压可以预测多支病变,对临床工作有一定的指导作用。 Objective To review the predictive value of low voltage in aVF lead to multi-vessel lesion of coronary heart disease (CHD) based on outcomes of coronary angiography (CAG). Methods The clinical data of 172 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) was retrospectively analyzed, and outcomes of low voltage in aVF lead and CAG were studied. Results The proportion of low voltage in aVF lead was higher in patients with multi-vessel lesion of coronary artery, and sensitivity was 66.3%and specificity was 60%. Conclusion The low voltage in aVF lead can predict multi-vessel lesion of coronary artery, and is helpful in clinical practice.
