摘要
在经济全球化条件下,世界文化也在不断地发生冲突,形成兼容并蓄之势。面对新形势,高校图书馆作为学校文化建设的重要阵地,更要通过提高服务水平,尤其是要在文化资源利用方式方面进行变革,通过更好地发挥图书馆文化引领作用,帮助大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,以适应新形势下高校人才培养的客观需要。
With economic globalization, the worlds culture is constantly in conflict, forming an inclusive tendency. It is a serious challenge on how to cultivate reliable successors of socialist constructors. Facing the new situation, university libraries, playing an important role in cultural construction, should improve their service levels, particularly in reforming the way of using cultural resources, and better play the leading role of culture. Therefore, students are helped to establish a correct outlook on life and values and equipped with ideals, morality, culture, and discipline so as to adapt to the obieetive needs of university personnel training.
