摘要
影响学生掌握知识的因素是多元的,大致可以分为智力因素与非智力因素两方面。在游泳教学的研究中,我们可以发现非智力因素的培养尤为重要,它不但有利于学生的成长,而且也有利于教学质量的提高。本文通过对培养动机、意志两方面的论述,阐明了在游泳教学中必须重视学生非智力因素方面的教育。
The various factors affecting students' acquisition of knowledge can be roughly classified into two as- pects, namely, intelligence and non - intelligence. The researches of swimming training show that cultivation of students' non - intelligence factors is of greater importance, which not only helps them develop but also enhances the teaching quality. This paper suggests that great importance must be given to cultivation of students' non - intelligence through elaboration on cultivation of students' motivation and willpower.
