The Cooling System of Injection Mold based on Three-Dimentional Steady Analysis

摘要 塑料注射模冷却系统的设计直接影响到塑件的质量和生产效率,以三维稳态冷却分析为基础,通过设置不同的冷却系统工艺参数(冷却液温度、冷却水道的多少和冷却水道的直径等),研究对冷却时间的影响。 The design of the cooling system of plastic injection mold directly affected the plastic parts quality and production efficiency. Based on the three-dimentional steady cooling analysis, the effect of different process parameters of cooling system on the cooling time was analyzed. The main parameters include coolant temperature,the number and dimeter of cooling water channel.
