摘要
助剂是在印刷过程中为改善油墨性能而添加的一种材料,本课题主要针对撤黏剂和稀释剂(6号调墨油)对单张纸胶印油墨流变学性能及颜色的影响进行实验分析。研究结果表明:随着助剂用量的增大,油墨触变性逐渐减小,油墨的黏度、Tack值和屈服值逐渐降低,油墨的黏弹特性发生了明显变化;同时,油墨在相应吸收波长范围内的光谱反射率降低,印刷图文明度降低,饱和度升高,颜色变浓。实验数据表明,两种助剂的添加比例为3%时,印刷效果最佳。本研究为合理使用撤黏剂与稀释剂提供了一些可供参考的依据,使助剂的添加比例可以更加科学。
Printing auxiliary agent is a kind of additional material, which can improve the performance of ink in printing process. In this paper, the influence of auxiliary agent on the rheological property of ink was studied, such as Tack value and thixotropy. The results showed with the addition of auxiliary agent increasing, the area of thixotropic ring decreased, Tack value and yield value gradually reduced. Viscoelastic characteristics of ink showed obviously change, the spectral re- flectance of corresponding range of wavelength and lightness reduced and saturation increased. The experimental data proved that when the additional proportion of auxiliary agents is about 3%, the best printing effect will be abtained. It will provide the reference for reasonably using the auxiliary agents in practical process.
