摘要
输墨系统中油墨的流动依靠墨辊之间的挤压和旋转完成,油墨的流动特性最终通过墨辊上墨层厚度的均匀性和稳定性表现出来。本文基于墨辊弹性及油墨黏性,采用Maxwell黏弹性模型,对胶印机输墨系统中油墨的流动特性进行了理论建模和研究分析,为墨路系统设计、压力调节、运行速度控制提供了参考依据。
The ink's flowing is realized by extruding and rotation of inking rollers in inking system. The flowing property will be behaved through the homogeneity and stability of ink thickness on the inking rollers. Considering the roller's flexible and ink viscosity, theory modeling and study analysis of flowing property in offset ink system were established using Maxwell model. This paper will provide reference for the design of ink system, pressure adjustment and speed control.
