摘要
从球形空心铍转子的研磨和静平衡工艺过程入手,建立研磨修圆和化腐去重工序的几何模型,利用质心坐标公式导出球形空心铍转子经过研磨修圆、化腐去重后质心偏心距变化的解析关系式,从中得出了研磨修圆、化腐去重交替循环逐次加工可使球形空心铍转子质心偏心距趋小化的结论。
Starting from the processing of grinding and static balance Jor spherical hottow Be rotor, geometric model for fixing roundness with grinding and removing weight with chemical corrosion method is established.By utilizing barycentric coordinates'formula,an analytic mathematic equation of eccentricity and centroid after grinding,removing weight is derived.Thus a conclusion is obtained that is ,alternative grinding and weight removing makes the centroid eccentricity tend to small.
