摘要
采用柱色谱方法,从三叶蔓荆全草(Vitex trifolia L.)95%乙醇提取物的石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到12个化合物。经理化性质和波谱学方法鉴定为软脂酸(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(3)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(4)、香草酸(5)、咖啡酸(6)、顺式对羟基肉桂酸乙酯(7)、反式对羟基肉桂酸乙酯(8)、木犀草素(9)、槲皮素(10)、芹菜素(11)、齐墩果酸(12)。其中化合物3、6~11为首次从本植物分离得到,化合物3、6~8和11为首次从本属植物分离得到。
Twelve compounds were obtained from petroleum ether and EtoAe fractions of 95 % ethnol extract of vitex trifolia L. by repeated column chromatrography over silica gel coulmn and sephadex LH-20. By physical-chemical and spectral analysis, these compounds were identified as palmitic acid ( 1 ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid ( 2 ), ethyl-p-hydroxybenzoate( 3 ) ,3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid( 4 ) ,4-hydroxy-3-methoxybcnzoic acid ( 5 ), caffeic acid(6), cis-p-hydroxyl ethyl cinnamate (7), trans-p-hydroxyl ethyl cinnamate ( 8 ), luteolin ( 9 ), quercetin ( 10 ), apigenin ( 11 ), and oleanolie acid (12). Compounds 3 and 6-11 were isolated from this kind of plant for the first time. Compounds 3,6-8, and 11 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
