摘要
现有的视情维修系统研究中,缺乏对处于正常运行阶段设备,因加工过程操作不当所引起的运行故障进行预测维修,为提高数控设备的使用寿命及使用效率,提出了预测与健康管理视情维修的概念,构建了数控设备视情维修系统,基于物理模型的方法对齿轮箱进行故障诊断/预测,提出PHM视情维修关键技术的具体实施方案,该方案能够实现大型数控设备故障的提前预测和剩余寿命计算,具有重要的工业推广价值。
In view of the lack of the capacity of prediction maintenance in existing condition - based system, and considering this situation that, in normal operation phase, with wrong operation, equipments also malfunction, a modified condition - based system based on failure prediction and health management is proposed to increase service life and efficiency of numerical control equipment. Prognostics and Health Management proposed condition maintenance concept, building a system of numerical control equipment maintenance, as appropriate, the specific implementation methods based on physical model gearbox fault diagnosis / prediction, made key technical condition maintenance PHM specific implementation plan . This scheme can achieve large - scale numerical control equipment failure prediction and residual life calculation in advance, so that it is worth promotion in industry.
