摘要
针对数控设备现有保障模式存在的过剩维修和维修不足的问题,分析了研究数控设备自主式保障的重要意义。为使自主式保障系统运转,必须有一个启动信号,设备中的故障预测与健康管理系统正是激励自主式保障系统自发响应的核心部件。通过对数控设备智能保障系统的研究、设计,介绍其实现的关键技术及方法。
Aiming at the current problems in the support of the CNC equipment about excessive maintenance and inade- quate maintenance, the significance of Autonomic Logistics research on CNC equipment were analyzed. A startup signal was needed to operate the automotive support system, and the prognostics and health management system in the equipment was the very key that could power automatic response of the system. Based on the CNC equipment intelligence support system re-search, design, introduces the key technologies and methods.
