摘要
在知识经济时代,图书馆要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,并得到不断发展,就必须打造图书馆的核心竞争力。本文通过阐述图书馆知识管理与核心竞争力的关系,提出知识管理是构建图书馆核心竞争力的战略途径。
