摘要
知识共享作为知识管理的核心,对图书馆知识管理的效果起着决定性作用。但在实际工作中,图书馆知识共享,尤其是隐性知识共享存在诸多障碍。本文试图从分析图书馆隐性知识共享的主要障碍入手,探讨克服这些障碍的对策。
As the core of knowledge management, knowledge sharing plays a decisive role to the effect of library knowledge management. In the work practice, library knowledge sharing, especially the tacit knowledge sharing, faces many obstacles. This paper tries to start with the analysis of the main obstacles to tile library tacit knowledge sharing, and then discusses the countermeasure to overcome those obstacles.
