摘要
目的：评价外伤性脱位牙即刻再植术后疗效。方法：对2005年以来至我院口腔门诊180例237颗外伤性脱位前牙进行离体脱位恒牙即刻再植。结果：其中脱位时间在30min至2h且牙根完整83例109颗脱位离体恒牙，经处理后再植复位固定，成功79例103颗，其中牙髓复活96颗；失败4例6颗；脱位时间在2h到24h且牙根完整97例128颗脱位离体恒牙，经根管治疗处理后复位再植固定，成功82例105颗，失败15例23颗。结论：因外力致完整脱位的自体恒牙经过处理后再植有明显的临床疗效。脱位恒牙的成活率与牙离体时间长短、在体外的保存方式、口腔卫生条件及牙龈健康度关系密切，采用复位再植、夹板固定、根管充填，是目前离体恒牙再植较理想的术式之一。

The survival rate of the dislocation of the permanent teeth with tooth from the body length, the preservation of the in vitro way, oral health condition and healthy gums close degree, the reset, plywood, fixed replantation of root canal filling, is the permanent teeth from the body of one of the surgical operation ideal.
