摘要
目的:探讨外伤性牙脱位治疗的疗效及经验。方法对外伤性脱位前牙58例共68颗患牙的治疗方法和结果进行回顾性分析。结果68颗脱位牙总的根管治疗率为63.2%(50/71)。部分脱位牙48颗,根管治疗率64.6%。完全脱位牙14颗,根管治疗率71.4%。结论根管治疗可以有效减少脱位牙牙根吸收,是治疗外伤性牙脱位的重要手段。
Objective To investigate the ef icacy of the treatment traumatic teeth dislocation and experience.Methods Front teeth for traumatic dislocation of 58 cases of 68 with tooth treatment methods and results were retrospectively analyzed.Results 68 dislocation tooth in the root canal therapy was 63.2%(50/71).48,partial dislocation of teeth root canal therapy was 64.6%.Complete dislocation of teeth 14,root canal therapy was 71.4%.Conclusion Root canal therapy can ef ectively reduce the dislocation fang root absorption,is the important means for the treatment of traumatic dislocation of teeth.
