摘要
目的 探讨复发性口腔溃疡（ＲＡＵ）和血清Ｃｕ，Ｆｅ，Ｚｎ 浓度的关系。方法 光光度法测定ＲＡＵ 病人和正常人血清Ｃｕ，Ｆｅ，Ｚｎ 浓度，并进行比较。结果 ＲＡＵ 病人血清Ｚｎ 浓度明显低于正常人，且Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ 比值增大，服用Ｚｎ 制剂后多数病人溃疡症状有所改善。血清Ｃｕ，Ｆｅ含量与正常人比较无明显差别。结论 ＲＡＵ发生发展和转归与血清Ｚｎ 浓度变化有关。ＲＡＵ患者适当补充Ｚｎ 制剂是有益的。
Objective The purpose of this study was to consider the relation between recurrent oral aphthous ulceration (RAU) and the copper (Cu),iron(Fe) and zinc (Zn) in serum.Method Serum Cu,Fe and Zn contents were determined in 83 patients with RAU and in 30 normal donors by atom absorbance spectrophotometric method.Result The Zn content was lower (P<0.05) and the Cu/Zn ratio was rise (P<0.05) significantly in RAU patient than control group.After taking the Zn medicine the Zn content was rise again and Cu/Zn ratio was decline,and the symptems of the RAU patient were remarkably improved.Conclusion It is suggested that the Zn content change in serum may play an important role in patient with RAU.
