摘要
为探讨复发性口疮患者血清微量元素的改变及小剂量雷公藤多甙对患者血清微量元素的影响 ,选择了复发性口疮患者 143例作观察组Ⅰ ,予以小剂量雷公藤多甙、复方丹参、锌铁制剂口服。观察组Ⅱ ,110例 ,只接受复方丹参、锌铁制剂治疗。测定了服药前、服药 2个月后及停药 3个月后血清Zn、Cu、Fe含量及Cu/Zn比值 ,对照组为正常体检健康人员 10 0例。结果表明 :(1)治疗前实验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ与对照组比较 ,Zn、Fe含量下降 ,Cu/Zn比值升高 (P <0 0 1) ,实验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ治疗前后对比 ,Zn、Fe含量、Cu/Zn比值的改变有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。 (2 )停药 3个月后实验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ比较 ,Zn、Fe含量和Cu/Zn比值有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。提示RAU患者血清Zn、Fe含量 ,Cu/Zn比值与发病密切相关 ;小剂量雷公藤多甙能有效地调节患者血清Zn、Fe含量及Cu/Zn比值。
In order to study the elements content in serum by applying low dose of glycosides tripterygium wilfordii(GTW)for regulating effects on the elements,143 cases with RAU received the drug containing low dose of glycosides tripterygium wifordii for treatment as an observed group Ⅰ.110 cases with RAU received no GTW drug for treatment as an observed group Ⅱ.They were studied by the changes of the elements in serum.The content of Zn,Fe was distinctly lower,Cu/Zn was higher than that in the control one ( P <0 01)before treatment.They have great differences before and after the treatment ( P <0 01).The content of Zn,Fe,Cu/Zn have distinct difference between the group Ⅰ and the group Ⅱ after they given over three months later.It was concluded that the content of Zn,Fe,ratio of Cu/Zn in serum disordered in patients with RAU.Low dose of GTW can regulate their balance of trace elements in patient with RAU.
