摘要
随着社会科学技术的发展,现场勘查水平有了很大提高,但在实践中仍然存在很多问题。笔者从现场勘查制度的现状及存在问题着手,分析问题存在的原因,并针对如何完善现场勘查制度提出宏观设想及微观措施,希望能对现场勘查工作产生积极的影响。
With the social development of science and technology, crime scene investigation has been greatly improved, but in reality there are still many problems in practice. In my system from the scene status and problems begin to analyze the reasons for problems and how to improve the crime scene investigation system for the proposed measures of macro-and microscopic vision, hoping to work crime scene investigation have a positive impact.
