摘要
密闭技术是矿井火灾早期治理的重要措施,快速密闭装置能够尽快控制火势蔓延、防止有毒有害气体向外扩散.为了解决传统密闭技术在实现封堵时存在的密闭时间长、密闭效果差、材料运输困难等问题,采用气囊和风堵布结合的设计方式,选用特种氢化丁晴橡胶材料,研制出了一种新型快速密闭气囊.使用ANSYS软件对气囊进行了膨胀应力和应变分析,对橡胶材料性能进行了试验,并在石港矿进行了井下现场应用试验.试验结果表明:该气囊符合拉伸性能好、耐磨、耐高温的制造要求以及漏风低于5%的封堵要求,实现了快速、高效密闭和操作简单的目标.
Sealing technology is an important measure for early fire-prevention in mines. Fast sealing device can control fire spread, prevent poisonous and harmful gas defusing outside rapidly. The conventional sealing technology has some disadvantages, such as long time sealing, poor sealing effect, difficulties in transporting materials, and so on. To solve these problems, a new fast sealing device of airbag is designed with the combination structure of airbag and wind blocking fabric which is made of a special treated material of HNBR. The expansion stress and strain about the airbag are analyzed by ANSYS Software, the material properties about the rubber are tested in the laboratory, and the field application is conducted underground in Shigang coal mine. The results show that this airbag can meet the manufacturing requirements of good tensile properties, high temperature and wear resistance, and the sealing requirements of air leakage less than 5% It achieves the goals of fast, efficient sealing and simple operation.
