摘要
提出了一种矿井下气相色谱仪的解决方案,采用国外先进的采样、分离、检测技术,结合远程控制技术、矿用设备防爆技术,研制出在井下使用的气相色谱仪,实现气相色谱仪的井下使用;经过试验,色谱仪能够在2 min内分析出9种气体组分,其检测限达到1×10^(-6)。矿井下气相色谱仪的使用极大的提高了气体分析效率及分析精度,减少了维护工作量。
The paper proposes a solution for the gas chromatograph in mine. By adopting the advanced sampling, separation and detection technology in foreign countries and combining with the remote control technology and the explosion-proof technology for mine equipment, a gas chromatograph for underground is developed to realize the gas chromatograph downhole application; after testing, the chromatograph can analyze 9 gas components in 2 minutes, the measurement accuracy is 1 × 10^(-6). The use of underground gas chromatograph greatly improves the gas analysis efficiency and analysis accuracy and reduces the maintenance workload.
