摘要
膨胀式尾管悬挂器应用于短半径水平井完井中,具有外形尺寸小、入井安全方便、环空过流面积大、密封性能好,且在注水泥过程中能活动套管以提高顶替效率等诸多优于常规悬挂器的特点。为此,将Ф177.8 mm×Ф114.3 mm膨胀式尾管悬挂器在哈萨克斯坦北布扎奇油田短半径水平井中推广应用,提供的15套悬挂器在应用中全部获得成功。现场应用表明,该悬挂器下井安全,中途不会坐封;操作简便,仅由泵车加压即可;膨胀管实际膨胀时间仅3 min;如遇阻能够加压、旋转、保证管柱下到设计位置;坐挂结束后,试压10.3 MPa,合格,证明环空已经全部密封,施工非常成功。
When it is applied to short-radius horizontal completion wells, the expandable liner hanger is characterized by many strengths which ordinary hangers do not have, such as small dimensions of the external structure, safe and convenient entry into the well, large annular over-flow area, good sealability and improvement of displacement efficiency by moving casing in the process of cement injection. Therefore, the 177.8 mm × 114.3 mm expandable liner hanger developed by the CNPC was widely used in short-radius horizontal wells in Kazakhstan's North Buzachi Oilfield for the first time. The application of the 15 hangers supplied has currently been successful. The field application shows that the hanger is characterized by downhole safety and avoidance of setting midway. It is simple to operate and pressurized by pump truck. The real expansion time of the expandable tube is only 3 minutes. If there is any resistance on the way, pressurization and rotation can still proceed and it is ensured that the pipestring runs into the designed position. When the setting is completed, the testing pressure is 10.3 MPa. It is qualified and it proves that the whole annulus has been sealed and the operation is very successful.
