摘要
高速数控车床的进给系统是重要部件,其静动态特性对机床整体性能的影响非常突出,应用ANSYS软件对高速数控车床进给系统进行了有限元分析。为了提高分析效率,对高速数控车床进给系统原始设计进行了简化,这些简化均不会对整体应力分布有明显影响。建立了高速数控车床进给系统有限元模型,分析其静态特性。通过模态分析得到高速进给系统固有频率和主振型,为高速数控车床的动态性能评估提供依据。
Feeding system is an important component for high-speed CNC lathe, its influence of static and dynamic properties is very prominent to global performance. Feeding system of high-speed CNC lathe was analyzed based on ANSYS. In order to improve analysis efficiency, the initial design model of feeding system of high-speed CNC lathe was simplified and the simplification didn't affect global analysis. The FEA model of feeding system of high-speed CNC lathe was established, its static feature was analyzed. The natural frequencies and main vibration models of feeding system were obtained. It provides reference for the dynamic properties evaluation of high-speed CNC lathe.
