摘要
目的证明同期经尿道电切膀胱肿瘤联合前列腺增生的可行性。方法采用在2005年4月～2010年5月,我们对我科35例膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生患者行同期经尿道电切术,术后予以"丝裂霉素"正规膀胱灌注。结果这些患者顺利出院,术中无膀胱穿孔、电切综合征、大出血等并发症发生,术后随访前列腺窝未发现肿瘤转移。结论同期经尿道电切治疗膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生安全、可行、有效。
Aim To prove the feasibility of transurethral resection of bladder tumor and benign prostate hyperplasia at the same time.Methods From April 2005 to May 2010,35 cases of bladder tumor merger prostatic hyperplasia patients were treated with the same transurethral resection operation.The patients were given mitomycin irrigation of bladder after operation.Results These patients were discharged,and had no complications of transurethral resection syndrome,bladder perforation and bleeding during operation.Prostate nest metastasis was not found after postoperation.Conclusion The operation is safe,practical and effective.
