摘要
对宝钢天然气制氢系统在运行过程中出现的氢气质量下降的原因进行了分析,并总结了产品氢气质量下降的常用处理方法。通过转化气温度对变压吸附性能的影响的分析,最终查找出造成氢气质量下降的设备因素和环境因素,经过改进,消除了这一故障因素。
The causes of hydrogen quality dropping in operation of the hydrogen production system by natural gas of Baosteel are analyzed.The commonly used ways to deal with hydrogen quality dropping are summarized.Through analysis of influence of mixture gas temperature on pressure swing adsorption(PSA) performance,it is found out that equipment and environment factors result in hydrogen quality dropping.The failures are eliminated after improvement.
