摘要
对黄绿蜜环菌生物合成的天麻素进行抗炎及免疫调节活性探讨。试验结果表明,生物合成的天麻素对小鼠耳廓肿胀和小鼠肉芽肿有明显的抑制作用,抗炎效果很好。在碳廓清试验中,天麻素能够较显著地提高小鼠碳廓清指数和吞噬指数。在小鼠淋巴细胞转化试验中,天麻素促进了淋巴细胞的增殖。对NK细胞影响试验中,天麻素能够明显提高靶细胞的吞噬能力,具有很好的免疫调节作用。
The anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory activity of gastrodin synthesized by Armillaria luteo-virens Sacc were studied in this paper.The results showed that synthesized gastrodin can significantly inhibited mouse ear swelling and granuloma,it suggested that the gastrodin has a good anti-inflammatory effect.In the carbon clearance test,gastrodin can dramatically increase the mouse carbon clearance index and phagocytic index,in mouse lymphocyte transformation test,gastrodin promoted the proliferation of mouse lymphocyte,in the experiment on NK cells,gastrodin can distinctly improve the phagocytosis of target cells,these experimental result suggested that the synthesized gastrodin has a good immunoregulatory effect.
