抱茎龙船花脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:6

GC-MS analysis of liposoluble constituents from Iroxa amplexicaulis

摘要 目的:分析抱茎龙船花脂溶性化学成分。方法:抱茎龙船花枝叶的甲醇提取物加水后,用乙酸乙酯萃取,乙酸乙酯部分进行硅胶柱层析,石油醚洗脱部分得其脂溶性成分,然后通过气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,对其中的化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果:通过计算机检索,鉴定了其中的46个化合物,占挥发油总量的96.03%。主要成分为棕榈酸甲酯(19.07%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(14.95%)、棕榈酸(9.62%)、棕榈酸丁酯(7.63%)、油酸乙酯(7.15%)、硬脂酸甲酯(5.66%)、油酸甲酯(5.64%)、亚麻酸甲酯(3.85%)、棕榈酸异戊酯(2.99%)、油酸(2.92%)、月桂酸甲酯(2.10%)、二十酸甲酯(2.03%)等。结论:抱茎龙船花脂溶性化学成分主要为脂肪酸及酯类、芳香酸酯、烷烃类及芳香类化合物。 Objective: The purpose of this research was to analyze the liposoluble constituents of Iroxa amplexicaulis.Methods: The plant material was powdered and extracted with MeOH for eight times.The extract was concentrated,added with water and then partitioned with EtOAc.The EtOAc part was chromatographed directly on a silica gel column and eluted with a gradient of petroleum ether and EtOAc(1:0 to 0:1).The petroleum ether elution was concentrated and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results: 46 components were identified from the liposoluble fraction,representing 96.03% of the total constituents.The major components were methyl hexadecanoate(19.07%),dibutyl phthalate(14.95%),palmitic acid(9.62%),butyl palmitate(7.63%),ethyl oleate(7.15%),methyl stearate(5.66%),methyl oleate(5.64%),methyl linoleate(3.85%),isoamyl palmitate(2.99%),oleic acid(2.92%),methyl laurate(2.10%) and methyl arachidate(2.03%).Conclusion: The major compounds from the liposoluble fraction of Iroxa.amplexicaulis were fatty acids and their esters,ester of aromatic acid,alkanes and aromaticas.
