山茱萸生、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位对D-半乳糖致衰人胚肺细胞影响的研究

摘要 目的:研究山茱萸生品、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位对D-半乳糖致衰人胚肺细胞影响。方法:以人胚肺细胞为材料,通过制备D-半乳糖细胞衰老模型,以MTT、SOD、NO为指标,观察D-半乳糖对人胚肺细胞的损伤以及山茱萸生品、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位的保护作用,并通过Rt-PCR检测,进一步探讨山茱萸生品、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位对衰老通路的影响。结果:山茱萸生品、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位对D-半乳糖致衰人胚肺细胞增殖有一定的影响;对D-半乳糖致衰人胚肺细胞抗氧化系统表现出保护作用;对衰老相关通路有一定的调控作用。结论:山茱萸生品、制品二氯甲烷萃取部位对D-半乳糖致衰人胚肺细胞有一定的保护作用。 Objective:To investigate effects of dichloromethane extraction sites from raw and processed Fructus Corni on ageing human embryonic lung cells induced by D-galactose.Methods:Taking human embryonic lung cells as materials and MTT、SOD、NO as indicators,the impairment of human embryonic lung cells induced by D-galactose and protective function of dichloromethane extraction sites from raw and processed Fructus Corni were observed by making the cellular ageing model of D-galactose,and effects of dichloromethane extraction sites from raw and processed Fructus Corni on ageing pathways were further discussed by Rt-PCR test.Results:Dichloromethane extraction sites from raw and processed Fructus Corni exerted certain effect on proliferation of ageing human embryonic lung cells induced by D-galactose,showing protective effect on their antioxidant systems and having regulated effect on their pathways related to ageing.Conclusion:Dichloromethane extraction sites from raw and processed Fructus Corni have protective effects on ageing human embryonic lung cells induced by D-galactose.
