摘要
采用生物法提取草本纤维是纤维质产业的重要发展方向,而利用β-甘露聚糖酶降解非纤维素物质中的甘露聚糖是纤维生物提取技术中的关键环节。分析β-甘露聚糖酶降解和脱除非纤维素物质的机制,总结主要应用于生物脱胶和生物制浆领域的β-甘露聚糖酶及有关微生物的研究进展,提出草本纤维提取技术未来的重点研究方向,并对β-甘露聚糖酶的应用前景进行展望。
Biological method is considered an important direction of herbaceous fiber industry,and degradation of mannan,which is a type of noncellulose,is a key point of biological fiber extraction.This paper is a summary and analysis for mechanism research of noncellulose degradation and removal by β-mannanase.Research progress of β-mannanase and its producing microorganisms which applied to bio-degumming and bio-pulping is reviewed,and further research direction of herbaceous fiber extraction,as well as correlated application of β-mannanase is also discussed in this article.
