摘要
目的:研究壳多糖对体外培养的兔主动脉平滑肌细胞和内皮细胞生长的影响。方法:将不同质量浓度(0.2,2,20,200,2000μg/ml)的壳多糖溶液分别加入兔主动脉平滑肌细胞和内皮细胞培养液中,培养12,24,48h后用MTT比色法测定细胞数。结果:平滑肌细胞数随着壳多糖质量浓度和作用时间的增加而减少;内皮细胞数随着其质量浓度和作用时间的增加,在一定范围内相应增加。结论:壳多糖能抑制兔主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖,促进兔主动脉内皮细胞生长。
Objective: To study the effects of chitin on cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells. Methods: After various concentrations of chitin were added into cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle and endothelial cells, the survey cell number were determinated by MTT colorimetric method at 12 h, 24 h and 48 h. Results: With increase of chitin concentration and action time, the number of smooth muscle cells increased and the endothelial cells reduced. Conclusion: Chitin may inhibit rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells proliferation and promote endothelial cells growth.
