摘要 目的:对开源医学影像诊断软件的发展现状进行分析,研究在开源软件基础上开发影像诊断系统的可行性。方法:首先阐释了开源软件许可证的法律内涵,然后分别对2大类别的影像软件——DICOM工具集与PACS、影像分析与三维可视化的发展情况进行分析与比较。结果:提出了一种开源医学影像诊断系统集成开发平台OMID,并在科室局域网上对该系统的功能与性能进行测试。结论:该系统能够满足医学教育与科研等方面的性能需求。 Objective To analyze the status of open-source medical image diagnosis software,and study the feasibility of medical image diagnosis system development based on open-source software.Methods Firstly,The legal content of open-source software license was illustrated.Then,the two classes of image software-DICOM toolkit and PACS,image analysis and three-dimensional visualization,were analyzed and compared.Results An open-source medical image diagnosis system integrated development platform(OMID) was put forward.Conclusion The function and performance of OMID system is tested on the LAN of our department,and it is proved that the system can meet the performance requirements of medical image education and research,et al.
