摘要
为桃果实贮藏保鲜技术的进一步研究提供参考,更好地提高桃果实的经济价值,从桃果实的成熟度对贮藏品质的影响、桃果实的贮藏前处理及桃果实的贮藏保鲜技术等方面进行综述,分析了桃果实贮藏保鲜技术的发展趋势。
In this paper the effects of peach maturity on storage quality,pre-treatment of peach before treatment and the fresh-keeping technologies were reviewed and the development tendency of fresh-keeping technologies were analyzed to provide a reference for further study of peach fresh-keeping technologies and to enhance the economic value preferably.
