摘要
在一套实验室规模的快速降氧气调贮藏系统上,进行了为期6周的锦绣黄桃气调贮藏实验研究.实验同时采用4种不同的气调指标,并设1个(2±0.5)℃下冷藏对照组和1个(28±2)℃下常温贮藏对照组,测定了贮藏初、终期黄桃的各项生理及品质指标.结果表明,(2±0.5)℃冷藏条件下,采用体积分数为(2%~3%)O2、(2.5%~5%)CO2的气调指标能有效保持黄桃的采后品质,达到了延长保鲜期的目的.
The experimental study of controlled atmosphere (CA) storage with "Jinxiu" yellow peaches (prunus persicu L. Batsch. ) for six weeks was done in a lab-scale CA system. Four kinds of parameters with different O2 and CO2 concentration data were used for the experiment, as well as the control tests at (2±0.5) ℃ and at (28 ±2) ℃. The physiological and attribute data of peaches were determined during the storage period. It is shown that the storage condition of 2%-3% O2 ,2. 5-5% CO2 under (2±0. 5) ℃ may keep the postharvest quality of peaches effectively, while the shelf life of peaches is extended.
