摘要
锦绣黄桃属于呼吸跃变型水果,在发育、采收及贮运过程中极易受到病虫害、环境、自身、微生物及采收成熟度等因素的影响,使果实的品质和耐贮藏性下降。适宜的田间管理和贮藏保鲜技术处理不仅可以提升果实的品质,而且便于贮藏和销售。为改善锦绣黄桃果实的品质及贮藏特性提供参考和借鉴,对影响锦绣黄桃果实品质降低的因素及贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展进行归纳和总结。
Jinxiu yellow peach is a kind of climacteric fruit.It is highly susceptible to diseases,insects,environment,itself,microorganisms and harvesting maturity during development,harvesting,storage and transportation,which makes the fruit quality and storage characteristics decline.Appropriate field management and storage and preservation techniques can not only improve the quality of the fruit,but also facilitate storage and sale.In this paper the authors summarizes the factors affecting the quality reduction of Jinxiu yellow peach fruit and the research progress of storage and preservation techniques,so as to provide references for improving the quality and storage characteristics of Jinxiu yellow peach fruits.
