摘要
为减少弧状竹片在展平过程中形成的裂缝,必须研究竹片在展平过程中的弹性模量变化规律。笔者利用三点弯曲方法,研究了不同展平弧度(π、2π/3、π/2、2π/5)竹片的静态横纹弹性模量,结果表明:随着竹片展平弧度的减小,平均静态横纹弹性模量呈现先增大后减小的趋势;大弧度竹片展平过程中,竹片横向密度梯度明显;竹材横纹弹性模量约为1489MPa。
In order to reduce the cracks in the process of bamboo planishing, the change trend of MOE must be analyzed first. Using 3-point bending method, authors of this paper tested the static MOE in cross direction of bamboo materials which had been planished from curved shape (with different radians:π、/2π/3、π/2、2π/5) and balanced to air-dried condition. The results indicated that the static MOE increased at first and then decreased as the bamboo material curves decreased; in the planishing process of bamboo material with larger curves, there was a larger density gradient in cross direction; and the bamboo MOE in cross direction could be estimated as 1 489 MPa.
