摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对加拿大披碱草、野大麦及其属间杂种F1 代和蒙古冰草、航道冰草及其种间杂种F1 代、回交一代(BC1) 的分蘖期叶片酯酶同工酶做了比较研究。结果表明:亲本加拿大披碱草和野大麦的酯酶同工酶谱存在明显差异,验证了这两个属间种的亲缘关系较远;杂种F1 酯酶同工酯酶谱中出现了双亲的2 条互补酶带和1 条杂种特征带,并有明显偏母本的倾向。亲本蒙古冰草和航道冰草的酯酶同工酶谱也存在明显种间差异。杂种F1 酯酶同工酶谱中出现了双亲的4 条基带和2 条互补酶带,同时还产生了2 条杂种特征带;回交一代酯酶同工酶谱中除具有双亲的4 条互补酶带外,主要表现为偏母本的倾向。
The isazyme zymograms of esterase for Elymus canadensis,Hordoum bravisubulatum and Agrogyron mongolicum,A.criatatum and their hybrids,bckcross generation in the leaves at tillering stage were analysed by using polyacrylomide gel electrophoreais.The results showed that there were significant differences in the isozyme zymograms of esterase between E. canadensis and H.brevisubulatum.These suggested that relationship betwen E.canadensis and H. brevisubualtum were wide.But the esterase zymograms of hybrids mainly displayed complementary zymograms of the two parents and a tendency toward the maternal type.There were slgnificant differences in the lsnzyme zymograms of esterase between A. mongollcum and A.crtstatum. But the esterase zymograms of hybrids mainly displayed basic zymograms and complementary of the two parents.The esterase zymograms of backcross generation mainly displayed complementary zymograms of the two parents and a tendency toward the maternal type.
