摘要
指出了南阳市农业水资源管理工作以计算机为依托的农田灌溉信息管理系统的迫切需要；重点探讨了农田灌溉信息管理系统的结构及各模块功能；分析了系统建设的可行性及后期效益。
This paper points out that agriculture water wre manageme urgently needs farmland irrigaton information management system (FIIMS) based on computer in Nanyang, It mainly designs the structure and the functions of FIIMS. It also analyses the feasifility and fenefit of fuilding FIIMS.
