摘要
通过实证研究,对企业安全事故的成因进行了剖析,并探讨了人力资源因素在企业安全管理中的作用与地位。最后,在结合企业生产与管理实践的基础上,提出了通过强化领导者的安全责任意识、改善安全管理者的执行能力和提高员工的安全防护技能来提升企业中的人力资源安全素养,以约束企业中人的不安全行为的发生,进而实现企业的安全生产。
Through demonstration research, the paper analyses the reason of safety accidents and effect and position of human resource faetor in the enterprises safety management. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of enterprise production and the practice of management, the thesis puts forward that security quality of the enterprise' s human resource should be promoted by strengthening the security responsibility consciousness of leaders, improving the executive ability of security supervisors and safety protective skills of employees, so as to restraining the unsafe act of employee, and then realizing the work safety of enterprises.
