摘要
针对胶带输送机主从式故障定位技术的不足,设计了基于CAN总线的主动式故障定位系统。系统采用CAN总线实现数据通信,核心处理器采用STM32F103VE,约定了CAN协议,配有RS-232 MODBUS串口的总站节点相当于网桥可实现CAN总线与RS-232总线的通信,增强了系统通用性。
This paper designs an active fault location system based on CAN bus,which is aimed at the current defects of the Master-slave fault location techniques of the Belt Conveyor.This system adopts multiple master and efficient CAN bus to transmit data,the model of core processor is STM32F103VE,whJch is highly integrated and the function of which is so strong.The easily and simple CAN protocol and RS-232 modbus serial ports node realize the communication between CAN bus and RS-232 bus,which greatly increase the versatility of the system.
