摘要 示范性软件学院始终秉承先进工程教育理念,坚持双师型师资队伍建设,遵循国际标准建设课程体系,搭建国际化工程教育教学平台,不断探索高素质软件工程人才培养的新模式。十年来,示范性软件学院充分利用全球产业界的优秀智力资源,改革学院教育管理体制,加强与产业界的紧密合作,建立了适合高等软件工程人才培养的双师型师资队伍;并且基于CDIO工程教育理念,采用软件工程国际教育标准,构建了国际化软件工程人才培养课程体系,取得了重大成果,为我国软件工程人才培养做出了积极贡献。面对未来的发展,示范性软件学院要一如既往,坚持改革,在保证课程质量、提升双师型教师水平、完善管理体制和运行机制等方面继续探索,继续努力,抓住机遇,迎接挑战,大胆创新,以取得更大的成绩。 The National Pilot Software Engineering Schools (SSEs) have been exploring the new training pattern of the high-quality software engineering talents by following the advanced engineering education principle, insisting on constructing double-qualified teaching staff, setting up the curricular system according to international standards. In the last ten years, the SSEs have made full use of international human resources, innovated the administration mechanism of schools, strengthened cooperation with the industry and constructed the double-qualified teaching staff qualified for training the highquality software engineering talents. Furthermore, based on CDIO engineering education concept, the SSEs have adopted international education standards in the construction of curricular system for training internationalized software engineering talents and have obtained good effects, contributing much to the training of software engineering talents. Looking forward to the future, the SSEs would consistently carry on what they have done in order to seize opportunities, meet new challenges, and make greater achievements.
