基于ANSYS二次开发的圆柱壳双开孔-接管应力分析

摘要 针对过程装备中经常遇到的圆柱壳双开孔-接管结构模型,以ANSYS10.0为平台,Visual Basic6.0和APDL语言为开发工具,进行了参数化有限元平台设计,有效地提高了设计效率。并进一步利用此平台进行分析计算,得到了在不同载荷工况、不同接管间距下,相邻两接管间经向筒壁的薄膜应力强度分布规律,为此类结构安全评定及优化设计提供有效手段。 Double-opening-nozzle of cylindrical shell is often met in process equipment. Taking ANSYSIO. 0 as platform, Visual Basic 6.0 and APDL language as development tools, the paper carried out the design of the parameters finite element analysis platform thus effectively improved the design efficiency. Through analysis and calculation using this platform, the film stress intensity distribution of the radial cylinder wall between two adjacent opening-nozzle under different load and nozzle spacing conditions was obtained. It provides the effective means for safety assessment and optimization design of such structure. [ Ch ,7 fig. 3 tab. 10 ref. ]
