摘要
研究分析了军校研究生学员管理教育的现状,分析了军校研究生学员管理教育工作中主要问题,对军校研究生学员的管理教育工作提出了几点建议。
This paper analyzes the main problems in the management and education of the military graduates. First, we introduce the current state of the military graduates. Then we analyze the main problems in the management and education. Finally, we suggest some advice.
