摘要
当前,法治社会的建设已成为人们的共识。作为法治社会的重要组成部分,大学法治也得到人们越来越多的关注。新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的正式实施,引发了高校学生管理的一场新变革。在介绍高校申诉制度的内容、特点的同时,阐明了作为落实教育法制化的一项重大举措——高校申诉制度在高校学生管理中存在的必要性及其重要作用。
Today, construeting a law-ruling society has become people＇s consensus. The university＇s law,one importance part of the law-ruling society has also got more and more concern. The latest COMMON UNIVERSITY AND COLLEGE STUDENT MANAGEMENT PROVISION, raised a reform of university student management. The article will give a panorama of regular college complaint system about its contents and characteristics, in order to show its necessity. As a great method of implementing education legalization, the regular college complaint system will perform an importance function in university student administration.
