摘要
目的探讨MUC1和E-cadherin在增生期子宫内膜、子宫内膜单纯性增生、子宫内膜不典型性增生和子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化Envision法检测30例增生期子宫内膜组织、36例单纯性增生内膜、50例不典型增生内膜及55例子宫内膜样腺癌组织中MUC1和E-cadherin蛋白表达。结果从增生期子宫内膜-宫内膜单纯性增生-宫内膜不典型增生-子宫内膜样腺癌,MUC1和E-cadherin的正常表达率逐渐降低,异质表达率逐渐升高(P=0.000)。MUC1蛋白表达与年龄有一定关系(P=0.044)、与组织学分级无关(P=0.678)。E-cadherin蛋白表达与年龄变化及组织学分级无关(P=0.610,P=0.125)。MUC1和E-cadherin蛋白表达在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中呈正相关关系(γ=0.2897,P=0.0317)。结论 MUC1和E-cadherin蛋白异质表达参与了子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展过程,对子宫内膜癌的诊断有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of MUC1 and E-cadherin in the pathologenesis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression levels of MUC1 and E-cadherin protein in endometrial adenocarcinomas(n=55),endometrial atypical hyperplasia(n=50),endometrial hyperplasia(n=36) and normal proliferative endometrium(n=30) were examined by immunohistochemistry(Envision method).Results The normal positive rates of both MUC1 and E-cadherin protein were gradually reduced in normal proliferative endometrium,endometrial hyperplasia,endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinomas(P=0.000).The normal positive rates of MUC1 protein was related to the age(P=0.044),but it was not related to histological grade(P=0.678).The normal positive rates of E-cadherin protein was not associated with the age and the histological grade(P=0.610,P=0.125).The expression of MUC1 protein was positive related to that of E-cadherin in endometrial adenocarcinomas(P=0.0317).Conclusion The abnormal express of MUC1 protein and E-cadherin was involved in the development of endometrial adenocarcinomas,which has certain significance to the endometrium cancer's diagnosis.
