摘要
目的探讨艾滋病感染孕产妇的消毒隔离管理。方法以艾滋病感染管理要求为指南,结合临床落实消毒隔离措施。结果有效地落实了消毒隔离措施,无1例院内交叉感染及工作人员的职业暴露发生。结论重视消毒隔离措施的落实能满足艾滋病感染孕产妇感染管理需求,保障护理安全。
Objective To investigate management of disinfection and isolation of maternal with HIV infection. Methods Disinfection and isolation measures were implemented by a guide of HIV infection management and the clinical requirements. Results Disinfection and isolation mea- sures were effectively implemented. No case of cross infection and staff occupational exposure oc- curred. Conclusion Attaching importance on disinfection and isolation measures could meet the management of HIV - infected pregnant women and maintain nursing safety.
