摘要
近年来,海洋经济可持续发展能力开始受到关注,通过构建山东省海洋经济可持续发展能力指标体系,运用主成分分析法对其20项指标以及海洋生产力、海洋科技和海洋生态环境3个子系统在2000—2008年间的数据进行分析表明,山东省海洋经济可持续发展能力总体趋势是上升的,海洋生产力发展水平、科技水平,以及生态环境保护水平与海洋经济的可持续发展相互促进、相互制约。海洋生产力是海洋经济可持续发展的基础,科学技术是海洋经济可持续发展的推动力与根本保证,海洋生态环境则是加强海洋经济可持续发展能力的有力支撑。
In recent years, researchers have focused their attention on the sustainable development capacity of marine economy. Designing the index system of the sustainable development capacity of marine economy in Shandong Province, they have analyzed the 20 indicators and the data of 3 sub--systems of ma- rine productive force, technology and ecological environment between 2000 and 2008 based on principal component analysis. Analysis showed that the overall trend of capacity is rising, and marine productivity, technology and environmental protection help and restrain each other with sustainable development of ma- rine economy. Marine productive force is the foundation of sustainable development of marine economy, science and technology the driving force and guarantee of sustainable development of marine economy, and ecological environment the strong support for the sustainable development capacity of marine economy.
