摘要
本文从知识获取、知识应用、知识创造三个方面构建了知识创新能力指标体系,并量化地分析了中国西部省份在知识创新方面的差异,提出了西部地区在知识创新方面应该采取的措施。
This paper create knowledge innovation index system from three aspects,knowledge acquisition, knowledge application and knowledge creation. Analyze regional economic disparities in knowledge innovation of the west of China in quantity.We put forward the measure which should be taken in knowledge innovation in western region.
