摘要
医患矛盾是我国社会转型期多种社会矛盾共同作用的结果,是近年来社会关注的热点问题。本文以紧张的医患关系为背景,就当前医学教育面临的矛盾、传统临床实践模式的困境、治病救人与自我保护的博弈等问题进行分析,在此基础上探索高等医学教育在人才选拔、人才培养等方面的应对策略。
Chinese society transition and many social factors resulted in doctor-patient conflict which was one of the hot social issues in recent years. Based on the background of doctor-patient relationship, this study analyzes the contradiction between quality and quantity on current high medical education, the plight of traditional model of clinical practice, saving lives and self-protection and other challenges. And on this basis, explore the coping strategies of higher medical education in personnel selection, personnel quality of training, clinical practice patterns.
